When you use MyStatement, we collect information that you explicitly choose to share with us, such as your M-Pesa statements for analysis. In the future, we may collect other account information if you choose to sign up for a persistent account.

We use your statement data strictly to generate your personalized spend analysis and deliver insights. We do not sell or share your individual financial data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Security

We implement bank-level security measures including AES-256 encryption. We never see your PIN and cannot perform transactions on your behalf. Your data is processed securely and you can request its complete deletion at any time.

4. Compliance

We comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act (KDPA). You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data stored on our servers.
