By accessing or using MyStatement, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Description of Service

MyStatement is a financial analytics tool that parses and categorizes your uploaded M-Pesa and bank statements to provide insights into your spending habits.

3. Pricing and Payments

We charge KES 100 for analyzing up to 3 months of statement history, and KES 200 for deep historical analysis. Payments are processed securely and are non-refundable once the analysis report has been generated.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to only upload statements that belong to you or that you have explicit legal permission to analyze. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyStatement provides financial insights intended for informational purposes only. We are not a financial advisor. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or decisions you make based on its insights.
